Job Description
We have one position open for a post-doctoral fellow, jointly working with SRILab@UCLA and TRG. This candidate will leverage computer vision and machine learning technologies to solve complex problems related to urban infrastructure management, e.g., capital works prioritization, asset inspections, monitoring. We are looking for a candidate who will bring analytical skills and a passion for programming to work in a multi-disciplinary collaborative environment consisting of graduate students and engineering staff.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- A recent Ph.D. graduate (or have finished all the degree formalities) in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
- Proficient in machine learning and prior experience with implementing machine learning models in Python, C++, and Matlab
- Knowledge and previous experience with deep learning and SLAM a plus
- Good communication skills and publication record in these areas
